We collect personal information when you join Prestige Wine or when you make a purchase from this website.The information is used to enable us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our website you consent to Prestige Wine maintaining,recording,holding and using personal data we collect about you. Information can also be collected to allow Prestige Wine to send you offers which we feel will be of particular interest to you. In addition Prestige Wine will use information about you to make offers by mail, or telephone based on your wine preferences.

TERMS

All orders are taken subject to availability of wines. In the event of a wine discontinued or temporarily out of stock the customer will be offered a similar wine or one of better quality at no extra charge.

CARRIAGE

There is a carriage charge of £4.99 per order.The wine will only be delivered to the shown address and a signature will be required. Orders for Highlands and Islands will be quoted for on an individual basis.All orders will be delivered within five working days.

CLAIMS

No claims are accepted unless made within 14 days of delivery. Carriage claims are rejected by carriers if not made within 3 days. Packages and goods which are the subject of a claim must be kept for the inspection of the carriers. The customer has the right to cancel the order within 7 days from the date of order by given written notice to Prestige Wine.

If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some sort of i.d. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wines.

The prices stated are inclusive of value added tax at the prevailing rate.
